1. Business Information
BLee Creations 4u, LLC is a Texas-registered limited liability company owned and operated by Bridget Lee. The company operates exclusively online and provides apparel, personalized gifts, and digital products through its online storefront and digital communication channels. Products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party print providers and fulfillment partners, including providers located outside Texas. BLee Creations 4u, LLC conducts its sales, communication, and customer service online and reserves the right to update or modify its offerings, pricing, and policies at any time.
2. Products & Services
BLee Creations 4u offers apparel, personalized gifts, and digital products. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Personalized Products & Customer-Submitted Content
Customers are responsible for entering all personalization information accurately. Photos, text, names, dates, and other customer-submitted content are printed exactly as submitted. BLee Creations 4u does not edit, correct, enhance, proofread, or make changes to customer-submitted content.
Customers should provide clear, high-quality images suitable for printing. BLee Creations 4u is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer or poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or compressed images.
4. Prohibited Content for Personalized Products
Content Standards: BLee Creations 4u does not accept requests or submitted content containing profanity, obscene or sexually explicit language, nudity, sexually explicit images, or other inappropriate content. Customers requesting personalized products must submit appropriate photos, text, and artwork. BLee Creations 4u reserves the right to decline or cancel personalization requests containing prohibited content.
5. Order & Payment Terms
All orders placed with BLee Creations 4u, LLC are submitted through the company’s online storefront or approved digital communication channels. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Order Submission & Acceptance
- An order is considered submitted once the customer provides all required order details and completes the applicable checkout or ordering process.
- An order becomes accepted and eligible to be scheduled for production after payment is successfully authorized or received and all required personalization information has been provided.
- BLee Creations 4u, LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel an order that contains incomplete information, prohibited or inappropriate content, suspected fraud, or otherwise violates company policies. If payment has already been collected for an order the company cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.
- Payment Methods
- Payments are processed securely through our checkout and authorized payment providers. BLee Creations 4u, LLC does not collect or have access to customers’ full credit or debit card numbers. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment providers in accordance with their security and privacy practices.
- Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards and digital wallet options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Availability may vary by customer, device, location, and checkout configuration.
- Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
- Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery location.
- Fraud Prevention
- Orders flagged for additional review may require verification or further information from the customer. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and, if payment was collected, refunded.
6. Order Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Non-personalized items may be canceled until the order has been fulfilled. Personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted for production.
7. Production & Delivery
Orders are first produced by our print provider, which typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type. After production, U.S. shipping times vary based on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and product.
Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 10-14 business days for U.S. orders. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to holidays, carrier delays, customs delays when applicable, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Digital Products

Digital products are electronically delivered and generally for personal use unless the listing says otherwise.

Customers cannot copy, share, resell, redistribute, or claim your original digital products as their own.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer your intellectual-property rights.

Digital sales are final once delivered or made available for access/download, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers can contact you if they have a technical problem accessing or downloading their purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, logos, graphics, images, and digital products owned by BLee Creations 4u are protected and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Third-party trademarks, artwork, or other content remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of Liability
BLee Creations 4u is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, subject to applicable law.
11. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with the BLee Creations 4u Privacy Policy and may be used as necessary to process orders, provide customer service, fulfill and ship purchases, prevent fraud, and provide marketing communications when the customer has consented. We do not sell or share personal information.
