What products do you offer?

BLee Creations 4u offers apparel, accessories, personalized gifts, home and office products, stationery and books, and digital products. Product availability may change as new items are added.

Do you offer personalized products?

Yes. Select products can be personalized with customer‑submitted photos, text, names, dates, or other information as specified on the product page.

How do I submit photos or personalization information?

Follow the personalization instructions provided on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting an order.

What type of photos or artwork should I submit?

Please submit clear, high‑quality photos or artwork suitable for printing. High‑resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or JPG files may be accepted. Customer‑submitted content is printed exactly as submitted and is not edited, enhanced, corrected, retouched, or proofread by BLee Creations 4u.

-Orders, Production & Shipping

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation or change requests must be made before the order is submitted to production. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Personalized products cannot be canceled or changed once submitted to production.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 10–14 business days. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush service is not guaranteed. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are displayed or calculated at checkout based on the order, product, shipping method, and delivery location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been produced and shipped.

What is your return policy?

Eligible non‑personalized physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact BLee Creations 4u within the 14‑day period and receive return authorization before returning an item.

Who pays for return shipping?

For customer‑choice returns (wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For confirmed production or fulfillment errors, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping.

Can personalized products be returned?

Personalized products are not eligible for standard customer‑choice returns. However, if a personalized product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or does not match the personalization information correctly submitted due to a production or fulfillment error, it may qualify for a replacement, reprint, refund, or other resolution.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact BLee Creations 4u promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Clear photos may be requested. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Where do I send a return?

Do not return products to the address on the original shipping package. Contact BLee Creations 4u first for return authorization and the correct return instructions.
