2. Website Content & Intellectual Property
The BLee Creations 4u name, logo, branding, original designs, written content, digital products, and other materials owned by BLee Creations 4u are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, artwork, product images, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Content owned by BLee Creations 4u may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from BLee Creations 4u, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
3. Customer-Provided Photos, Artwork & Information
Some products allow customers to submit names, photographs, logos, artwork, text, dates, or other files for personalization.
By submitting content to BLee Creations 4u, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission and legal authority to use it.
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution files suitable for printing and for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, images, colors, text, and other personalization information before completing their order.
Photos, text, names, dates, artwork, and other customer-submitted content are printed exactly as submitted. BLee Creations 4u does not edit, enhance, correct, retouch, proofread, or otherwise improve customer-submitted content.
BLee Creations 4u is not responsible for poor print quality or personalization errors caused by blurry, pixelated, low-resolution, dark, cropped, compressed, distorted, improperly sized, misspelled, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable customer-provided content.
4. Personalized Products
Customers purchasing a personalized product should select the desired product and follow the personalization instructions provided on that product page.
Personalized items are produced according to the information submitted by the customer and may be subject to restrictions regarding changes, cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or reprints once production has started.

5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, photographs, and other information accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to computer monitors, mobile devices, lighting, printing processes, materials, or production methods.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, and designs may change without notice.
6. Third-Party Production & Shipping
Certain products may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.
As a result, an order may ship from a location different from BLee Creations 4u's business location.
Customers should not return merchandise to the address printed on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by BLee Creations 4u.
All returns must follow the instructions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are provided electronically and are intended for the use described in the applicable product listing.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, reproduced for resale, or claimed as the purchaser's original work.
Digital product sales are final except where otherwise required by law.
