Refund Policy

At BLee Creations 4u, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
