How to Place a Custom Order
Please provide the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Product(s) you would like to order
• Quantity
• Size(s), if applicable
• Color preference
• Personalization details (names, dates, etc.)

Artwork & Photos
Customers must provide their own high-quality artwork or photos. Clear, high-resolution images produce the best print results. Low-quality images may affect the final product.

Accepted File Types
PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG files.

Proof Approval
A digital proof may be provided before production. Please review it carefully, as production will begin after approval.

Turnaround Time
Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days after payment and artwork approval. Larger orders may require additional time.

Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
